Local Environment Plan Sample
 
This 1:20,000 sample map was created for the Greater Taree City Council and shows how the GeoPDF format can be used for disseminating town planning information.

Features Include

  • Multiple Map Themes - contains Land Zoning, Lot size, Building Heights, Floor Space Ratio and Heritage Map in one map.
  • Lot Search - zoom to a particular lot using lot/plan or address searching and then query the parcel for all the zoning attributes.
  • Street search - zoom to the desire street intersection using spatial bookmarks.
  • Map reference - use these map as a base for public consultation, field collection or general reference.

Install notes:
  • Save the files to the same directory on your computer and open the Index Map in Adobe Reader.
  • Navigate to Map 23 by zooming in on the area and selecting the map text, or alternatively select the Map 23 bookmark.
  • It is possible to load these files within an Internet browser however extended features are available if viewed within Adobe Reader. 
  • Please note that only Map23 of the series is supplied.
  • Zooming to/from the Index Map to Map 23 is possible however the links to other maps not present will not function correctly.
